Video Factory
What the Video Factory is
The Video Factory is the internal production pipeline Nava uses to plan, produce and publish Nava·Akademie's learning videos. Nava only provides the topic and lesson number – the Video Factory handles the rest of the production automatically, with Claude's help. It's already in use today and is meant to become a digital tool for other businesses over time.
Already in use
- Automatically drafting lesson content from just a topic and lesson number, with Claude's help
- Automatically creating presentation slides, YouTube text and thumbnails
- Automatically turning presentations into learning videos, in four languages
- Automatically publishing videos to YouTube and embedding them on the website
- Structuring and automating recurring production steps
Nava Marketing Factory
What the Nava Marketing Factory is
The Nava Marketing Factory is the internal tool that regularly creates social media content for Nava·Akademie – currently on a two-week cycle, based on Skills Nava has built.
Already in use

- Developing texts and image ideas for the posts
- Preparing content for the major social media platforms
- Organizing publications on a fixed schedule (currently every two weeks)

Planned

- Structuring reusable content workflows as a product
Realistic expectations
The Nava Marketing Factory doesn't replace a marketing strategy either. It doesn't create content without direction and doesn't promise fully automatic marketing or guaranteed sales – it makes the recurring tasks Nava assigns it easier.

Mobile learning app (outlook)
A mobile learning app is a possible future addition. First, we'll check whether a very good responsive website or a Progressive Web App already meets the requirements. A native app for iOS and Android will only be built once usage, demand and the added benefit over the web app are sufficiently proven.
